We were apprehensive about the home buying process and about finding an agent that we felt comfortable with. We were not in a hurry to buy, we wanted to take our time and find the right home for our needs. We did not want to deal with a high pressure real estate agent; we wanted someone willing to work with us for the long time period that we anticipated.

We left our initial meeting with Jim feeling very relieved; he was very personable and was willing to help us find the right home, no matter how long it took. Not once did we feel any pressure. Right from the beginning we realized that Jim was very easy to communicate with and easy to get in touch with. He was very reliable, I always knew he would get back to me when I emailed, phoned or even sent him a text. It was always appreciated by us that Jim was flexible with his schedule; he was always able to reschedule things if the times did not work with our schedules. This was important to me because we did not want to miss out on an opportunity because of scheduling conflicts.

Even when viewing houses there was no pressure, he would let us walk around and answer our questions, he was very honest. He would point out the good and the ‘not so good’ features, very honest. Once again I state that it felt as if he really did want to find us the right house, not just any house.

In summary, we were very impressed with Jim; he made us feel like we mattered and what we were looking for mattered. We did findthe right house in about a month and are very proud to now call it our ‘New Home’.

We have no doubts in saying that we will use Jim for our next property purchase. We would, and already have, referred friends and family to use Jim if/when they are buying or selling property.
